The Carhartt WIP x Converse Renew Chuck 70 Drops May 28th

Converse and Carhartt WIP have teamed up for another Chuck 70 made from upcycling canvas Carhartt workwear. 108,000 textile items from landfills have been turned into Chuck 70s.


1,000 pre-owned work jackets, trousers, and overalls from the Dearborn, MI institution have been added to the panels of the Chuck 70. Pairs have a subtle difference from one another based on the condition of each upcycled garment used.

The lateral side gets a navy canvas, while the medial side looks similar to Carhartt’s faded duck jackets. spines go black. Further details include Converse and Carhartt WIP branding on the tongue, insole, and license plate This Chuck 70 has diverted more than 108,000 textile items from landfills.

The limited-edition Carhartt WIP x Converse Renew Chuck 70 will be available on, and select retailers come May 28th.
