The New Curry 7 "UNDRTD" has crazy tread and cool details

NBA Superstar Steph Curry’s newest signature shoe the Under Armour Curry 7, has arrived in the “UNDRTD” colorway. Designer Leon Gu Created the new low top shoe with high performance tech fron Under Armour, which contains Curry’s personal detailing.

Unique HOVR technology sits under  the foot along with Micro G foam located closer the floor, which are seperated by a flexible plate. All three work together for better response and comfort. The most noteable feature has to be the outsole with a herringbone pattern that contains three different layers of radial traction, which is meant to provide traction for the entire foot.

The upper gets a breathable layered mesh/foam, the forefoot consists of a lightweight textile, while the midfoot was constructed with a translucent TPU skin, along with a padde collar & heel for a comfortable fit.

The heel’s pull tab has three characters that represent Steph’s children, a wolf for son Canon, a unicorn for daughter Riley, and a butterfly for daughter Ryan.

“The assist from the Curry 7 to help me be more explosive, more powerful and to have a quicker reaction time off of the ground is important as I look ahead to the new season, and is intuitive enough to help any basketball player looking for best-in-class responsiveness and stability from their footwear.” Steph Curry

The UA Curry 7 will debut in the “UNDRTD” colorway on UA.com on November 1st. The retail price will be $140 USD, and don’t forget to scroll through the photo gallery above.
